  • Myo Connect does not scale on high DPI displays

    On some computers running Windows 10 and using a high DPI display such as the Microsoft Surface devices, the Myo Connect interface may not be scaled corrected.

    To fix this, override for high DPI scaling behaviour must be enabled for Myo Connect.

    1. Right click the Myo Connect application or shortcut and select Properties.

    2. On the Compatibility tab, enable Override high DPI scaling behaviour and select System from the Scaling performed by: drop-down list.

    3. Apply the changes.

    4. If Myo Connect is currently open, close it and then relaunch it for the changes to take effect.

    Myo Connect should be displayed correctly.
