  • Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your Myo order at any time prior to shipping by sending an email with your order reference number to support@thalmic.com

    We may not be able to get to your request immediately depending on the volume of emails we receive and when you sent your email. If your order ships before it can be cancelled, please refuse delivery of the package or send it back to us for a refund.

    Please note that we process and ship orders in real-time. As such, we may be unable to cancel your order prior to shipping.
