Proof of purchase

For any warranty claim or return request, a valid proof of purchase is required.  In these situations your Order Shipped Notification email will act as your proof of purchase.  

If your Myo armband was a gift, please contact the person who purchased the Myo armband for you and have them provide you with the Order Shipped Notification email they would have received.
